Not a good idea

Last night for supper, I ate a bowl of Fiber One cereal.

And for a little snack, I followed that with a Fiber One pop tart. Ok. Make that two pop tarts but why in the name of Gas X do they put two pop tarts in a package if one is the recommended serving.

According to my calculations, I've had the suggested fiber intake one would need in a week.

Big mistake.

Huge!

LOL is right, but still feel bad for you. And I agree, why package two when one is recommended?! Damn advertisers!

P.S. Okay, I posted the f/up, so there!

I got one of those Fiber One bars in the mail free and I waited weeks to eat it. I kept wondering when the "right time" would be:)

I'd tell you to drink a lot of water, but, well, if you think it was a mistake before...

Ouch! Reminds me of the commercial on Saturday Night Live for Colon Blow.

(They seriously have Fiber One Pop Tarts?)

You might as well just top it off with a handfull of sugar free recees peanut butter cups! You will have the required blow out and things will eventually go back to normal.

You'll be scared, shaken and traumatized, but eventually you will return.

Pop tarts have fiber?? SHIT! I didn't know they were healthy??

What did one ass cheek say to the other?

A: If we stick together, maybe we can stop this shit! LOL!

Jason, as himself said...

HA! Commercials make it seem like there is no such thing as too much fiber...wrong! You can blame this one the media.

Fiber One always gives me gas. I went with Kashi so as not to offend anyone. FYI.

Thanks for visiting today

I've been there. Power Bowels.

Uh oh! Is there really any good time to boost fiber intake? It always leads to needing a lot of space.

I've never had the fiber one cereal or the pop tarts but the bars are brutal. And a word to the wise: Stay away from sugar free jelly bellies. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Love Fiber one, and I've had the pop tarts, they were yummy too!
People, you must have sufficient intake of fiber daily.
I repeat - DAILY - not randomly.
Feel better and start eating more fiber!
Have a great Memorial Day weekend.

1. That's a lot of fiber, sweetheart. :-) I can only assume that you know what you're doing!
2. And why DO they put two pop tarts in a pack if the serving size is one? Is that a statement on how we should share or is there something more sinister afoot?!

Yep. I can relate. I used to eat Fiber One bars daily. No more. I don't care for the 'side' effects, or shall I say "rear" effects. LOL!!

This reminds me of that time in college when I thought that fiber helped clog up the pipes NOT the opposite. So, being a little bit TOO regular for my taste, I started drinking fiber shakes thinking that would help slow me down. Well you can pretty much imagine the hilarity that ensued. Oh Fiber, you're so silly!
