Ack. Hope you feel better today.
Whatever you do don't go and eat a huge bag of dried apricots.
lol! I have done this before so I know where you spent your night, lol
LOL is right, but still feel bad for you. And I agree, why package two when one is recommended?! Damn advertisers!P.S. Okay, I posted the f/up, so there!
I got one of those Fiber One bars in the mail free and I waited weeks to eat it. I kept wondering when the "right time" would be:)
I'd tell you to drink a lot of water, but, well, if you think it was a mistake before...
I like how you ended your post...sums up consuming a tad too much fiber......"Big Mistake....Huge!"
but the good news is, you will have a gorgeous colon by monday!
I feel for ya, sister! You will have one wild and crazy weekend!
Oh! You poor thing! I frequently have to emphasize to my kids that they can have one (1!!!) fiber breakfast bar only! Feel better. :(I've given you the Honest Blog Award! Stop by my blog to pick it up! :)
As soon as I read the first sentence I thought "oh no!", but then it got worse. God bless you...you're going to need it.
I'm sure this won't go badly at all. Good luck!
Ouch! Reminds me of the commercial on Saturday Night Live for Colon Blow. (They seriously have Fiber One Pop Tarts?)
You might as well just top it off with a handfull of sugar free recees peanut butter cups! You will have the required blow out and things will eventually go back to normal. You'll be scared, shaken and traumatized, but eventually you will return. Pop tarts have fiber?? SHIT! I didn't know they were healthy??
What did one ass cheek say to the other?A: If we stick together, maybe we can stop this shit! LOL!
HA! Commercials make it seem like there is no such thing as too much fiber...wrong! You can blame this one the media.
Oh NO! I guess no sleep for you last night.

Fiber One always gives me gas. I went with Kashi so as not to offend anyone. FYI. Thanks for visiting today
Ha ha. I hope you didn't have any big bloated plans for the evening ;-) BTW, have you tried the Pop Tart fiber version- by Kelloggs if not, DON'T
Did this solve the problem? I need three weeks of fiber! LOL
I've been there. Power Bowels.
Uh oh! Is there really any good time to boost fiber intake? It always leads to needing a lot of space.
I've never had the fiber one cereal or the pop tarts but the bars are brutal. And a word to the wise: Stay away from sugar free jelly bellies. Hope you're feeling better soon.
Love Fiber one, and I've had the pop tarts, they were yummy too! People, you must have sufficient intake of fiber daily.I repeat - DAILY - not randomly.Feel better and start eating more fiber!Have a great Memorial Day weekend.
Ummm, I can't even eat a Fiber One granola bar without having......issues.... Hope your evening was, uh, uneventful.
My stomach hurts for you...
Tagged you over at my place.
1. That's a lot of fiber, sweetheart. :-) I can only assume that you know what you're doing!2. And why DO they put two pop tarts in a pack if the serving size is one? Is that a statement on how we should share or is there something more sinister afoot?!Pearl
Yep. I can relate. I used to eat Fiber One bars daily. No more. I don't care for the 'side' effects, or shall I say "rear" effects. LOL!!
Well as Captain Ahab once proclaimed.......THAR SHE BLOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This reminds me of that time in college when I thought that fiber helped clog up the pipes NOT the opposite. So, being a little bit TOO regular for my taste, I started drinking fiber shakes thinking that would help slow me down. Well you can pretty much imagine the hilarity that ensued. Oh Fiber, you're so silly!
